No New COVID-19 Cases In Grey Bruce Monday

The outbreak at Elgin Abbey in Chesley is also declared over.

No new confirmed COVID-19 cases were reported in Grey Bruce Monday.

Public Health says that makes 112 cases to date. Nine cases are active locally,
98 have recovered and five have been referred to other health units.

No one is currently hospitalized locally due to the virus and no one has died in Grey Bruce from it.

Over the course of the pandemic, 28 cases have been reported in Health Care Workers working in Grey Bruce.

There are no long-term care or retirement homes with outbreaks. Public Health says an outbreak at Elgin Abbey in Chesley was declared over on Saturday June 27th with no further transmission to any case past the first case.
