Owen Sound Police are asking for help in locating a missing person.
Police says the missing individual is 26-year-old Jeffrey Ball, who was last seen leaving the Owen Sound hospital Tuesday around 3:30 p.m.
It is believed Ball might be in medical distress.
Ball is described as six feet tall, 150 lbs, short black hair and blue eyes.
He was wearing off white shorts, a ball cap, black runners, and a white t-shirt with a graphic on the front.
If anyone has information on Ball, they are to contact Owen Sound Police.
