The annual Denis Bester Memorial Shootout concluded in early September.
The fishing event which runs in conjunction with the Owen Sound Salmon Spectacular serves as a significant fundraiser for 3 local organizations.
Through their entry ticket sales, the Shootout was able to give $ 5,000 apiece to Chapman House, the Salvation Army Food bank and Big Brothers-Big Sisters of Grey Bruce.
