A new website is being launched for the Owen Sound & North Grey Union Public Library.
As of Dec. 12, the old library website no longer contains content and will direct users to the new site. By the end of the year, the old site will be offline.
The library says it has worked with a small web design firm and used in-house staff to build a brand new site. Feedback from their staff and residents were collected throughout the process to determine how the community used the library’s website and what features were most wanted.
The site features an event calendar, easy to navigate menu, streamlined pages, and easy to locate information on open hours and location.
“This project is just one of the ways that the library is evolving to serve the community, with more online resources and great new programs, there’s always something to check out at the library,” says the library.
The new website can be found here.
