Paisley Blues Fest is set to go this weekend, alongside a number of other fun events in the Bruce County town.
The three-day music festival is scheduled for June 2nd, 3rd, and 4th at the Paisley Community Centre.
Artists include Morgan Davis, JW Jones, Suzie Vinnick, The Mackenzie Blues Band, Bywater Call, Alfie Smith, Paige Warner, CJ Lee, Nuclear Vibes, Rob Elder Trio, Campbell & Johnston, The Blues Angels, Tanika Charles, Dawn Tyler Watson, Amber May Band, Al Lerman, Madison Galloway, Glenn Marais Band and Coco Love Alcorn.
Alongside Blues Fest, there is also an artisan fair at the curling club all weekend. It is scheduled for Friday from 5p.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 11a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday from 11a.m. to 4p.m.
A VW Riverfest is also set to be held, which will feature a Volkswagen car and van show with a glow party planned for Saturday night.
There are also canoe races on Saturday, June 3rd.
The Paisley Blues Festival is a registered charity with a goal of advancing public interest in the arts. It also runs a free guitar lending program for youth.
The festival’s website says, In 2020, Paisley Blues Festival was named one of the Top 100 Festivals and Events in Ontario.
