The OPP say they’ve made an arrest in relation to a recent break-and-enter in Kincardine.
South Bruce OPP say they received a report Sunday about break-ins to a business on Queen Street in Kincardine that occurred two nights in a row. About $2,500 worth of clothing was stolen.
Now, police say a 40-year-old from Kincardine has been arrested and charged with possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000.
But the OPP say they believe more people were involved and are still appealing for tips.
“Police are asking the public to check video surveillance around Queen Street Kincardine between August 15, 2024, at 5:00 pm, and August 16, 2024, at 8:00 am. As well as August 17, 2024, at 9:00 pm and the early hours of August 18, 2024, at 8:00 am,” a release from the OPP says.
Anyone with information that could help is being asked to call the OPP or Crime Stoppers.
