A 38 year old man from Kincardine has died in a collision.
Wellington North OPP say at approximately 6:15 this morning, (Sept. 16) they responded to a three vehicle collision involving a transport truck on Wellington Road 109, west of Arthur.
OPP say it was reported that a white sedan collided with a transport truck and the single occupant was seriously injured.
OPP, Wellington North Fire Service, and Guelph-Wellington Paramedic Service attended the scene.
The 38-year-old from Kincardine was transported to a local trauma centre where he was later pronounced dead.
Police have not released his name.
Police say their Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement team attended the scene and is assisting with the investigation. The office of the Chief Coroner was notified and attended the scene.
They say the cause of the collision is still under investigation and anyone with information related to it is asked to call 1-888-310-1122.
