Building statistics for the month of June in Kincardine are about static with the year before, according to a report presented to Kincardine Committee of the Whole on August 4th.
This past June, 40 permits were issued with a value of just over 4.6-million-dollars.
In June 2020, 41 permits were issued with a value of just over 5.4-million-dollars.
However in year-to-date value, 2021 almost doubles the 2020 stats.
To the end of June this year, well over 27.5-million-dollars has been realized compared to just over 14.3-million in 2020.
