James Walter Bumstead

Jim passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound, on Saturday, October 30, 2021. Born on January 3, 1932 in Markdale, Ontario, James Walter Bumstead, of Owen Sound, was in his 90th year.
Dearly loved husband for 63 years of the late Joyce Bumstead (nee King) (2016). Loving father of Dr. Susan Diane of Owen Sound, Dan Bumstead (Wendy) of Okotoks, AB, Nancy Carswell of Aurora, Mike Bumstead (Suzie)of Minden, Doug Bumstead (Sandi) of Barrie, John Bumstead of Owen Sound and Mary Bumstead of Hanover. Proud grandfather of 14 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. Jim will also be missed by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents, Norman and Edna Bumstead and his sister, Ruth Carr (Ken).
There will not be any service at this time. Interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Georgian Bluffs.
