Keeling, Lawrence (Larry) Neil “Road Runner” November 29, 1959 – January 16, 2022
It is with great sadness that we announce Larry’s passing on Sunday, January 16th at his Mallory Beach home from cancer at the age of 62, far too soon.
Larry leaves behind his wife Jan Lattner; brothers, Don Keeling (Mary Ellen), Alvin Keeling (Carrie); sisters, Karen Melanson (Kevin), Sharon Gamble; daughters, Michele Taylor (Mark), Alisha Keeling (Tristen), Kristen Keeling; stepson, Trev Girodat (Michelle); his grandchildren, Preston, Jackson, Lena, Braydon, Lauren and Kenzie. He will also be missed by his devoted feline companion, Ruby. Predeceased by his parents, Stewart and Helen (Tottenham) Keeling; and his brother Brian Keeling.
Larry was self employed as Larry’s Roofing since 1986 and became a well-respected regional name in his field. He worked with passion and dedication to provide quality work and built friendships and a life-long clientele. In 2009 his business expanded and became Larry’s Roofing & Renovations Limited. He will be missed by the community.
Cremation has taken place. Friends may call at the Thomas C. Whitcroft Peninsula Chapel, 272 Berford St., Wiarton 519-534-5341 on Friday January 21, 2022 from 2-2:45 PM and 3-3:45 PM. All attendance must RSVP on Larry’s page on the funeral home website. All attendees must wear a mask and follow social distancing protocols.
