Doris Morrison

Doris passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side at Grey Gables in Markdale, on Friday, September 30th, 2022.
Born March 21st, 1944 and raised on a farm south of Chatsworth, Doris Marguerite Morrison was in her 79th year.
Beloved daughter of Agnes McInnis of Owen Sound and the late Clayton McInnis (1985).
Loving mother of Carl Morrison of Chatsworth and Janice Morrison (Kevin Ward) of Stayner.
Proud grandmother of Carter Newell also of Stayner. Dear sister of Bev McInnis (Brenda), of Chatsworth. Predeceased by partner Brian Humphries (2008) and his son Eric Humphries (2011).
Doris’ laugh and quick wit will especially be missed by Connie, Loree, Pat, Lynn, Nancy and many other friends from her years of nursing. Special thanks to the people at Grey Gables where she often said ” The staff is kind and the food is good”.
A private graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 at 2 p.m. in Shiloh Cemetery, Chatsworth.
