Bob passed away peacefully at Summit Place in Owen Sound, on Friday, November 11, 2022. Born on May 21, 1939 in Owen Sound, Robert Abell Wilson of Owen Sound, was in his 84th year.
Dearly loved husband and best friend of Jean Wilson (née Marshall) for 58 years. Loving father of Karen Veroni (Tony) of Shallow Lake and Susan Templin (Robert) of Stittsville. Proud grandfather of Marshall, Dominick and Annika Veroni and Nicholas and Alexander Templin. Dear brother of Katherine Cook. Bob is survived by his in-laws, Harry Marshall (Billie Bridgman). Predeceased by his parents, Robert and Olla Wilson and his in-laws, Carmen Cook and Larry and Ruth Belrose.
A Memorial Service for Bob Wilson will be held at St. George’s Anglican Church, 1049 4th Avenue East, Owen Sound on Friday, November 18, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Mark Loyal officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment in Greenwood Cemetery.
