Ross Davidson

Ross Davidson of Wiarton, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Friday, November 25, 2022 at 86 years of age.
Beloved husband of the late Marlene Davidson (nee Bennett) for 64 years. Proud father of Ben and his wife Roberta of Colpoy’s Bay and Trudy and her husband Doug Gibson of Peterborough. Cherished grandfather of Fiona Davidson (partner Dave Teboekhorst) of Guelph and Colin Davidson (partner Sara Otis) of San Francisco.
He is sadly missed by brother-in-law Mac Burk, sister-in-law Marlene Taylor and many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents George and Lillian Davidson; brothers-in-law Arnold Bennett (Myrtle) and Gordon Bennett; and sisters-in-law Mae Hepburn (Ellery) and Connie Burk.
The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to Dr. Nelvia Van Dorp, Dr. David Diodati, and the doctors and nursing staff of the Wiarton Hospital for the care given to Ross.
Family invite friends to gather for visitation at the Thomas C. Whitcroft Peninsula Chapel, 272 Berford St., Wiarton 519-534-5341 on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 from 12:00 – 2:30 PM.
A family service will follow at 3:00 PM. Spring interment in Balsam Grove Cemetery, Oliphant.
