Peacefully surrounded by the love of her family, at the Grey Bruce Health Services in Owen Sound, on Monday night, December 19th, 2022. Ruth Aileen Cunningham (nee Waugh), of R.R. #4, Owen Sound, at the age of 82 years.
Dearly loved wife and best friend of the late David Anthony Cunningham. Loving mother of Krista McKee (Glenn) and Larry Cunningham (Kerry), both of Owen Sound. Spoiling grandma of Stacey (Scott), Jennifer (Rob), Jamie, Peyton (Wes), Bryce, Dylan, Tyler (Taryn) and great-grandma of Emily, Finlay and Sophia. Ruth will be missed by her many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents, Elgin and Elda Waugh.
Friends may call at the BRIAN E. WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 250 – 14th Street West, Owen Sound, Ontario N4K 3X8 (519-376-7492) on Thursday, December 22nd, 2022 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Service for Ruth Cunningham will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, December 23rd, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Kristal McGee officiating. Interment in Edgehill, Colpoy’s Bay Cemetery in the spring.
