Milton & Fran raised their large family on the farm north of Shallow Lake. Milton loved people and valued fellowship, always welcoming a visit to their home. The pinnacle of his political career was being elected as the Warden of Grey County in 1984 and Chairman of the Provincial Rural Municipalities. Milton possessed a strong commitment to his community and served on multiple local and county boards. Many friendships were formed over the years that he cherished.
