The Strathcona Cup curling competition between Canadian curlers and a contingent of curlers from Scotland is in our region.
Mount Forest, Owen Sound Blue Water & Port Elgin will all be hosting matches this weekend in this historic competition which has been running for 125 years
Brent Keeling of the Blue Water Curling Club was a guest with The Great Paul Hill on the 560 CFOS Morning Show and he explained how Blue Water got involved as a host site.
The Strathcona Cup is conducted every 5 years dating back to 1902.
The activity at the Blue Water Club in Owen Sound will commence Saturday afternoon at 2 pm
The Scottish members will be in Mount Forest Saturday morning & at Port Elgin on Sunday morning.
