Helen Walker Best (née Lester) passed away in Owen Sound on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, in her 97th year.
Wife for 62 years of Wally Best. Proud mother of Robert (Brenda) Best, Lynn (late Roy) Wiltshire, Nancy (Dave) Harvey, all of Owen Sound, Sister Susan Lembke of Wiarton and Catherine (Tim) Cherry of Port Elgin. Helen had 8 wonderful grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by husband Wally, son Daniel, infant granddaughter Brittany, dear son-in-law Roy, mother Edna Preston and William and Myrtle Stephenson.
Cremation through Grey Bruce Cremation and Burial Services. Private family gathering and burial at Annan Cemetery.
