November 8, 1931 – March 25, 2023
Dorothy Ella Forsyth of Owen Sound passed away peacefully at Summit Place on March 25, 2023 in her 92nd year.
Dear mother of Gordon (Joyce) and Joan. Proud grandmother of Tanya Greatrex (Drew) and Russell Forsyth. Great grandmother of Wesley & Riley Talon, Abby Greatrex and Selene Forsyth. Well loved by many nieces and nephews. Dorothy is also survived by her sister-in-law Fran Gordon.
Predeceased by her husband Willard Forsyth (2002), siblings Madeline Black (Don), Maxine Story (Roger) and Alan Gordon and her parents Earle & Ruth Gordon.
A visitation for Dorothy will be held on Wednesday, March 29from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, 250 14th Street West, Owen Sound, N4K 3X8, 519-376-7492. A private family Graveside Service will take place at Greenwood Cemetery on Thursday, March 30 at 11:00 a.m.
