Norma Ann Robson 'Wasaya-anangokwe'

Norma Ann Robson (nee Jones) (nee Kegdonce), affectionately known as Normie Ann was born on January 21, 1939, and passed away peacefully at her Neyaashiinigmiing home on Friday August 23, 2024 at the age of 85 years. She had the traditional name Wasaya-anangokwe (Far Away Star).
Dear mother of Dena (Allan Carroll), William Robson (Tina), Susann (Kent Colquhoun), and James Michael Robson.
Cherished grandmother of seven grandchildren: Scott, Alana, Sara, Suzy, Billy, Josh, and Adam, as well as nine great-grandchildren. She is survived by her sister Jean Arlene Borrows (late Joe) and her brother Howard Jones (Grace), both residing in Neyaashiinigming.
Predeceased by her parents Norman Peter Joshua Jones and Una Evelyn Page; husband William Edgar Robson; special partner John McGill; and her siblings, Norman (her twin), Joan, Lois, Shirley, Robert, and William.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Cape Croker Community Centre on Saturday September 7, 2024 from 12-3 pm. Arrangements entrusted to the Thomas C. Whitcroft Funeral Home & Chapel, Sauble Beach (519) 422-0041.
