Peacefully, at her home in Owen Sound, on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 in her 82nd year. Sandra, loving sister of Bob Border and his wife Betty, Wray Border, Betty Scheifele, and Jeanette Cannon. Sandra will be missed by her special cousin Bonnie Harwood. Loving Aunt to 17 nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers Al Border, Bill Border, Don Border and David Border, and by her sister Jennie Schmidt.
Friends will be received on Thursday, September 5, 2024 from 12:00pm until the time of the funeral service at 1:00pm at the Tannahill Funeral Home, 1178 4th Ave West, Owen Sound, 519-376-3710. Interment Greenwood Cemetery, Owen Sound.
Memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Grey Bruce Hospice – Chapman House would be appreciated by the family.
