Passed away suddenly at home on Saturday, September 7, 2024. Born in Owen Sound on December 28, 1959, Keith Franklin Canning of Stouffville was in his 65th year.
Beloved husband for 43 years of Robin Canning (nee Archer) of Stouffville. Loving father of Jennifer Canning (Roger) of Notre Dame, NB, and Kim Catcher (Jason) of Kitchener. Cherished Grampie of Jameson and Natalia. Dear brother of Roy Canning (Karen) of Niagara Falls, Allen Canning of Kitchener, Lorelie Dean of Port Elgin, David Canning (Dorothy) of Kitchener, Louise Hird (Stephen) of East Linton and Jamie Canning (Beverley) of Oshawa. Frank will also be missed by his many nieces, nephews, sibling-in-laws and many friends.
Predeceased by his parents Frank and Vera Canning, and by his brother-in-law Rick Dean.
A memorial service to celebrate Frank’s life will be held at Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, 250 14th St. W., Owen Sound, 519-376-7492, on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 1 p.m. In honour of Frank, the family requests casual dress only.
