The City of Owen Sound has temporarily closed some trails at Harrison Park as a result of flooding.
The closed trails include the Freedom Trail from 2nd Avenue East to the restaurant parking lot, the entire Mile Drive trail, all of the Harrison Park campground roads and trails, all the trails around the Harrison Park island, and the entrance and exit of the Harrison Park pool roads.
These trails and roads will reopen when the flooding recedes and is safe for people and vehicles.
The Harrison Park Inn restaurant, senior’s centre and community centre will remain open and access to the park at 1st Street East through the fitness trail is available.
