Austin Lloyd Gibbons, of Owen Sound passed away unexpectedly at London University Hospital in London, on Saturday, September 25th, 2021 at the age of 79 years.
Dearly loved husband and best friend of Linda Gibbons (nee Rowe) for 54 years. Dear father of Lloyd Gibbons (Kat) and Sherry Gibbons (Tim Nuhn). Proud grandfather of Ryan, Skye, Calvin and step-grandfather of Darryl, Bryor and Devon. He is also survived by his 3 sisters and 3 brothers. Lloyd will be missed by his nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Predeceased by his parents, Edgar and Annie Gibbons (nee Adams) and his brother, Randy Gibbons.
A visitation for friends and family will be held at the Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, Owen Sound, 519-376-7492 on Thursday, September 30, 2021 from 6 – 8 pm. A private family graveside service will be held with interment in Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
