October 26, 1933 – March 25, 2022
Peacefully at Georgian Heights in Owen Sound, on Friday, March 25th, 2022. Dorothy Olive Carol Harvie of Owen Sound, at the age of 88 years.
Loving mother of Blaine (Patricia), Brian and Brent Courtney, Debbie Ormsby (Lee) and Cindee Courtney. Proud grandmother of 17 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren. Dorothy will be missed by her nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her parents, George and Annie Harvie, her two grandchildren, Christopher and Tony and her six siblings, Herb, Bud, Ruth, Marg, Beatrice and Jean.
Visitation will be held at the Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, 250 14th Street West, Owen Sound (519) 376-7492 on Tuesday, March 29th from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
A Private Funeral Service for Dorothy Harvie will be held on Wednesday, March 30th, 2022 with Rev. Austin Gedcke officiating. The family are encouraging everyone attending to wear a mask. Interment in Chesley Cemetery.
