Peacefully with family by her side at Southampton Hospital on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. Lou Phillips (nee Kennedy) of Tara in her 84th year.
Beloved wife of the late David Phillips (2017). Cherished mother of Nancy Davidson (Tim) of Cambridge, K.C. Phillips (Rebecca) of Oshawa and Suzanne Phillips of Tara. Much loved gramma of Rebecca (Robb), Jessica (Joel), Matthew, Joshua (Maddi), Sean (Amy), Ashley (Josh) and Sophia and great gramma of Wyatt, Hadley, Walker and little Silas arriving in June. Dear sister of Roger Kennedy (Betsy) of Tara and sister-in-law of Lynn Kennedy of Owen Sound. Missed by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Predeceased by parents Mildred (nee Atkinson) and Harry Kennedy as well as brothers Rodney and Ren and great grandchild Eden Adaline.
The funeral service will be conducted at the Tara United Church on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation 1 hour prior. Spring interment Hillcrest Cemetery, Tara. Arrangements entrusted to the DOWNS AND SON FUNERAL HOME, Hepworth.
