Elva Elizabeth Robinson

Passed away peacefully at Chapman House, Owen Sound on Monday, November 16, 2020 in her 104th year.
Beloved wife of the late Vern. Dear mother of Ronald (the late Mary) Robinson, Yvonne Krauter, Nancy (the late Carl) Buys and the late Pamela (Lorne) Moore. Lovingly remembered by her chosen daughter Joyce (the late John) Storey, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Dear sister of Lila (the late Mac) Russell and sister-in-law of Earlene (the late Doug) Hood and Cheryl Robinson.
Predeceased by brothers John D. Wiltshire (Mabel) and Emerson (Mae) Wiltshire.
Elva was a 4H Club Leader for over 35 years, an active member of the Dundalk UCW, a Sunday school teacher and spent many years active with the Grey County Farm Safety Association. She valued family and community and her door was always open, welcoming anyone who visited with a homecooked meal and most likely some butter tarts. Elva was very involved with the farm, always ensuring chores were done while raising her family and volunteering in the community.
A private family service took place at Bethel Cemetery on Friday, November 20, 2020. If desired, donations to Dundalk United Church or Chapman House would be appreciated.
