Evelyn Marjorie Teschke, of Owen Sound, passed away peacefully at Hannah Walker Place, Owen Sound on Sunday, March 27, 2022, at the age of 102.
Loving mother of Helen Hetsler and her husband Russel. Cherished grandmother of 3 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and 1 great great granddaughter. She will be remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Sister-in-law of Earl Teskey.
Predeceased by her husbands Carl Teschke and Jim Long, her son Paul Teschke, great granddaughter Kyla Smith, siblings Agnes (Dallas) Allen, Earl (Lois Schopf), and Lawrence (Blanche) Schopf, and her parents Henry and Caroline (Gobert) Schopf.
A public visitation will be held at Faith Lutheran Church, Desboro, on Thursday, March 31, 2022, from 1 – 2 p.m. A funeral service honouring Marjorie’s life will follow at 2 p.m. Interment at Faith Lutheran Cemetery, Desboro.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Faith Lutheran Church would be appreciated by the family.
