Of Hepworth, peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Sunday January 8, 2023. Jo Anne McCartney (nee Rouse) in her 66th year.
Beloved wife of Larry for over 38 years. Devoted mother of Amber McCartney (husband Ryan Henry), of Hepworth, and the late Marshall McCartney (2013). Cherished grandmother of Grace, and Clayton. Survived by her brother Gary Caudle (wife Viviane). Sadly missed by her sister-in-law Beth (Steve Greatrex); nieces and nephews; Jeffrey Geerdink and family; and the McNeil family. Sister-in-law of Clifford (Karen), of Markdale; Paul (Edith), of Wiarton; Edsol (Nancy), of Calgary; Gladys (Wayne Cruickshank), of Grande Prairie, AB; and Marlene Stewart (partner Daniel Jack), of Sherwood Park, AB; of Becky McCartney (late Bob), Nancy McCartney (late Steve), and Connie Stewart (late Daryl McCartney).
Predeceased by her mother Thelma Caudle (nee McLay) and father, Ken Caudle; Larry’s parents, Gordon and Betty McCartney; Grandma Davenport; and her brother, John Rouse.
Friends are invited to a graveside service to celebrate Jo Anne’s life at the Eastnor Cemetery, Northern Bruce Peninsula on Thursday, January 12, 2023 at 1 o’clock. Arrangements entrusted to the Thomas C. Whitcroft Funeral Home & Chapel, Sauble Beach (519) 422-0041.
