It is with profound sadness that the family of John L. Neelands announces his passing at the age of 50.
John will be lovingly remembered by his partner, April; children, Danny and Sarah; Father, Hugh ( wife Carol ); siblings, Dennis ( wife Trina ), Durwin and Jody ( Doug ); nephews and nieces, Bryce, Kurtis, Alesha, Megan, Reynah and Ambrin. And many other family and friends.
John was pre deceased by his mother Rosemary.
John was born in Owen Sound Ont, August 02 1973. He moved to Sudbury in 2007 where he built a thriving construction business over the next several years. John was a gifted pianist and singer, performing with his father at many a retirement home, church services and the odd shindig! Many will remember John as a hard worker and respected businessman. But the closest to him knew him for his generosity, enormous heart and wonderful sense of humour. John was truly a force of nature who made an impact on many, many lives ! He was taken from us far too soon and will be missed forever.
Family and friends are invited to a graveside service at McLeans Cemetery ( Bognor Ont ) at 12:00pm Saturday, October 28th. A celebration of life will follow afterwards where all are welcome from 1:00pm – 3:00pm in Massie ( follow signs ) to share our memories and stories over a light brunch.
