Peacefully at home on Saturday, March 29, 2025. Born in Finchley, England on December 5, 1952, Linda Anne Sinclair (née Martin) of Owen Sound, was in her 73rd year.
Beloved partner and best friend of Norman Cormier. Loving mother of Rebecca Sinclair and Rachel Sinclair, and stepmother of Gerald Cormier (Jennifer). Cherished grandma of London Grimoldby, Abigail Thornhill, Ashton Gnass, and Austin Gnass. Dear sister of Pauline Patrick and aunt of Marsha Jane Irving (Slawinska). Linda will also be missed by her many friends.
Predeceased by her parents Ronald and Teresa “Anne” Martin (née O’Neil), and her sister Sue Martin.
Linda was an excellent, trustworthy, and very caring friend that everyone gravitated to. She was the heart of each gathering and will be fondly remembered for her gentle and loving nature.
A come and go memorial visitation will be held at Linda’s home, 2350 8th Street East, Owen Sound, on Saturday, May 31, 2025 from 2 – 5 p.m. Arrangements are entrusted to Brian E. Wood Funeral Home, Owen Sound, 519-376-7492.
