December 31, 1932 – May 14, 2024
Surrounded by his loved ones, Malcolm Gamble, lovingly known as “Mac” or “Plow Boy”, passed peacefully at Chapman House in Owen Sound, on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at the age of 91.
He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Maizie Elizabeth Gamble (nee Cole), and their children Brian Gamble (Renee), Ian Gamble (Lois), and Connie Radbourne (Harvey). Proud grandfather of 8, and great-grandfather of 13. Loving brother of Joyce Barfoot, Mabel Danard (Howard), and Mary Turner (Mac).
Mac was predeceased by his parents Malcolm M. and Dorothy Gamble (nee Barber) and brother Allen Gamble. He will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and the community he touched throughout his life.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Garafraxa Hill Funeral Home, Chatsworth.
A visitation will be held at the funeral home chapel on Friday, May 17, from 6:00 – 9:00pm. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, May 18, at 11:00am with a visitation 1 hour prior, officiated by Rev. Dr. Randy Benson. Interment Keward Cemetery, Chatsworth.
