MORRIS, Marjorie Jane Agnes (nee Brainard)
Peacefully, on Thursday, December 24, 2020 at Grey Bruce Health Services, Owen Sound in her 90th year. Marjorie, loving wife of the late Rex and partner of the late Lloyd Heathers. Beloved Mom of Brian, the late Gary, Gail and her husband Bill Haanstra, and Evan and his wife Margaret Garrett. Proud Grandma of Christopher, Daniel, Jacob, the late Susan, Sandra, Jennifer, John, Mark, Danny, Jenny, and Amanda. Great Grandma of 20. Survived by her brothers Hec and his wife Donna, Lorne and his wife Ruth, Doug and his wife Agnes, Kerry; sisters Margaret Hamley, and Kathy and her husband LeRoy Hillis; and sister-in-law Jean Brainard. Special Aunt of Pat Fitzpatrick. Predeceased by her siblings Henry, Norman, Wilfred, Roy, Mel, Dorothy, and 2 infant brothers.
Mom was a kind, loving and giving person her whole life. She was able, through her independence and strong will, to live in her own home until the end. Mom was a precious gift to so many. Words cannot express our loss and the loss of those she touched. Our memories will live on.
