Miles Gregory McMeekin

Peacefully at Residential Hospice of Grey Bruce – Chapman House on Friday, January 31st, 2025. Born in Iroquois Falls, Ontario on August 13, 1954, Miles Gregory McMeekin of Owen Sound, was in his 71st year.
Beloved husband of the late Wendy McMeekin (nee Howes). Loving father of Daniel, Rebekah (Sean), Sarah (Wesley) and Mary (Andrew). Cherished grandpa of Rueben, Marcus, Dean and Landon. Dear brother of Marvin, Marlene, Montgomery and Morgan and brother-in-law of Sandra, Brenda and Rob. Miles will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Predeceased by his parents Howard and Marceline McMeekin (nee Johnson), siblings, Mike, Milton and Mark, and his grandson Reed.
A Memorial Service for Miles will be held at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 865 2nd Avenue West, Owen Sound on Friday, February 7, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Ed Hoekstra and Rev. Ted Creen officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the OSHARE or Safe ‘N’ Sound would be appreciated.
