Patricia Fitter passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Chapman House, Owen Sound on Friday October 30^th, 2020  in her 78^th year. Wife of the late Dave Fitter (2003). Proud Mother of Kelly of Thornhill, John of Owen Sound and Jo-Anne and her husband Kevin Woodhouse of Owen Sound. Survived by her brother John Allison and his wife Marilyn, brother-in-law Gary MacDonnell, and sisters-in-law Karen Siegrist, Judy Fitter and Betty Fitter-McKessock. Predeceased by her parents, John and Isabel Allison, sister Mary Lou MacDonnell, sister Donna Gollert, Jack and Louisa Fitter, brothers-in-law Colin Gollert, Paul Fitter, Brian Fitter, Jim Siegrist, Jim Simpson and sister-in-law Ruth Simpson.  Pat will also be greatly missed by her many nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank Dr. Aboo, Crystal and the rest of the Oncology department at the GBHS, Tammy of Care Partners, Dr. Hodgson and the Palliative Team as well as the incredible staff at Chapman House for the wonderful care and support shown to our Mother.

Memorial donations to Chapman House would be appreciated by the family.
